We have seen and tried a lot of different recipes for Keto Fat bombs. This is a recipe that we have come up with that everyone can enjoy and wanted to share it with all of you.
Like most people, we love bread, pasta, and potatoes; basically, anything that is loaded with carbohydrates. All of these items are an easy go-to when you are hungry. Sadly, these items tend to put extra inches around the middle. From time to time, we put ourselves on a keto diet, losing the extra pounds.
Using apps like Carb Manager, we can track our intake of Carbs, Protein, Fat, and Total Calories. As long as we stay within the limits of the app we can take off the extra pounds quickly. One of our issues is being Vegetarian; we have a very hard time taking in enough Fat Calories, to maintain a good keto balance. Trying to find ways to increase fat intake (without adding meat) has been difficult. This is when we started trying different recipes for Keto Fat Bombs.
After trying many other recipes we started to experiment and came up with our fat bar. My wife and I want to share this with all our Keto friends.
Total Prep Time – 10 Minutes
Total Time – 2 hours 10 mins
Total Ingredients – 6
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Cream Cheese
1 1/2 Peanut Butter (Crunchy)
3 Tbsp Shredded Coconut
1 Tbsp Monk Fruit Powder
2 Tbsp Cacao Powder
1/4 Cup Lily’s Baking Chips (Sugar Free)

Start by mixing the Cream Cheese and Peanut Butter.
Combine thoroughly
Next add the Chocolate Chips, Coconut, Monk Fruit and Cacao Powder
Combine until Chocolate chips are mixed evenly through the mixture

Place the mixture on parchment paper
Flatten the entire mixture until you have a large rectangle block about 1/4 inch thick.

Score the Bar with a knife in to 12 equal pieces
Freeze the Bars for 2 hours. Once they are completely frozen, then you can break the block apart at the pre-scored areas into the 12 equal size pieces. Store in the freezer for ? We have no idea how long they keep because they are gone within a couple days.
Enjoy!
I entered all of the ingredients into a recipe analyzer and was able to get the following nutritional information.

I then took all of the nutrition information and I plugged it into Carb Manager, and came up with the this. Each bar only has 8g of Net Carbs.
I have saved the item in Carb Manager, if you choose to add this to your daily intake.
You can look up the nutrition information by searching:
“Lisa’s Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat Bars”
Some Simple Tips:
- If you want it more Chocolatey just add more Cacao Powder to taste
- You can substitute Creamy Peanut butter, for a smoother texture
- If you want to reduce the total carbs you can substitute stevia for the monk fruit sugar
