A friend asked me to put together a meditation video using some footage I took of Lewis Falls located in Yellowstone National Park. This video is about 24 mins long and contains nature sounds of water going over the falls. The sound is very soothing and great for short mediation.

Lewis Falls is located near the South Entrance of Yellowstone National Park.  The falls are right on the road.  It is a short 2 min walk up a very clear path to the top of the falls where I shot this video.  At that time in the morning that I went to the falls their was no traffic and no other people, making it a perfect opportunity to shoot this video without the sounds of traffic and people going by.
